iAPPROVEAPP, LLC is led by highly qualified professionals who are experienced in a number of industries including: software development, high tech, education, consumer goods and management consulting. iAPPROVE‘s operations and commitment to customers is supported by an organizational structure with four core functions: (1) Office of the CEO (OCEO), (2) Technology Services Group (TSG), (3) Financial and Administrative Services Group, and (4) Customer Service and Operations.

iAPPROVEAPP, LLC‘s management team is well-positioned to manage growth of the company, respond to the demanding needs of its customers, and to provide cutting edge technology and app-based solutions to complex human behavioral and legal challenges.

Michael A. Mische

Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer

An educator, entrepeneur and former consulting principal in the global firms of KPMG and A. T. Kearney, Professor Michael A. Mishe brings almost 40 years of management consulting and educational experience to iAPPROVEAPP, LLC. His professional experience spans the boardroom to the classroom to the loading dock, and includes complex strategic planning, organizational design, M&A, as well as high tech start-ups. The author of six books, Michael has been on faculty of the Marshal School of Business of the University of Southern California since 1997.

Mr. Mische attended Penn State and holds a B.S. degree “with honors” in Finance and Economics and an MBA degree in Finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business, and an M.S. degree in Federal Taxation from Golden Gate University in San Francisco.

Susan Huberman

Co-founder, Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing and Branding Officer

Susan Huberman is EVP and CMBO of iAPPROVEAPP, LLC and iAPPROVEAPP. With nearly 30 years of marketing experience across a wide range of industries, Huberman brings her considerable strategic marketing skills, creativity and business acumen and track record to iAPPROVE solutions, brand and customers.

Ms. Huberman holds an MBA from The Wharton School in Strategic Planning and Marketing Management and a B.S. in Business Administration from The Pennsylvania State University.
